Bylaw 1420/24 proposes to add “Recovery Centre on N ½ 22-41-23-W4M” as a discretionary use in the Agricultural ‘A’ District of the County’s Land Use Bylaw. The proposed bylaw received first reading at the October 10, 2024 Council meeting, and Council scheduled a date for a Public Hearing.
A Public Hearing presents the proposed bylaw, and gives members of the public an opportunity to speak to Council about it and provide input before adoption. Your input is valued and encouraged.
Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed bylaw changes will have an opportunity to do so at the Public Hearing. Individuals may speak for a maximum of 5-minutes. All submissions will be public information.
